1 lb butter
2 lbs brown sugar
1 t nutmeg
1 t ground cloves
1 t cinnamon
1 t allspice
3 eggs
dark rum

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, then pour over sugar and spices. Mix well, then let cool. Adding one egg at a time, beat at medium speed for 15 minutes. Store in the refrigerator in a covered jar for up to a month. When ready to serve, put 2 heaping tablespoons of butter mixture in a mug with 1 oz dark rum. Fill with boiling water and serve hot.
