Crust:
2 c. chocolate cookie crumbs
4 T. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. chopped almonds

Filling:
2 c. chocolate chips
6 egg yolks
3/4 c. cream
3 T. amaretto
1 t. almond flavoring
2 T. sugar
6 egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
All ingredients must be at room temperature.

Crust: Combine ingredients. Put into bottom and sides of 10" springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Filling: Put chips in blender. Heat cream to boiling and add to chips. Beat one minute until chocolate is melted. Beat in yolks, amaretto and almond extract. Set aside to cool. In large bowl beat egg whites and sugar until stiff. Fold in chocolate mixture to egg whites. Pour mousse into prepared crust. Cover and freeze. Remove 45 minutes before serving. Serve with whipped cream that has been flavored with 2 T. amaretto. Sprinkle with grated chocolate.
