pie shell
mixure:
1 Tbsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 c. water

Filling:
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
dash salt
2 c. milk
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. butter

Meringue:
3 egg whites
dash salt
6 Tbsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pie shell

Mix 1 Tbsp cornstarch, 2 Tbsp. sugar,and 1/2 c. water. Bring to boil. Boil 1 min. Cover and set aside to cool

Combine sugar, flour, cocoa, salt, milk, and egg yolks. Bring to boil - stirring constantly. Set aside. Put 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 Tbsp. butter on top. Wait until butter melts then stir. Place into pie shell

Beat egg whites and dash of salt until foamy. Add 6 Tbsp sugar one at a time and beat until stiff peaks form. Place on pie filling.

Bake at 350F until meringue is brown - about 10 mins
