8 potatoes, 1 large onion, beaten egg, 2 tbsp flour, salt and pepper, 1/2 tsp baking powder.

Directions:
Directions:
Grate potatoes and onion, medium grind. Pour off liquid. Add beaten egg, flour, Salt and pepper, baking powder. Fry in oil until golden brown. Serve with apple sauce and/or sour cream.
