2 c. flour
1 c. shortening
1/4 c. ice cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Work flour and shortening with hands until dough sticks together. Add water and carefully form dough into two balls (handle dough as little as possible during this step). Flour work surface and rolling pin, and roll out dough approximately 3/16" thick to desired size for pie dish. Recipe can be increased to accommodate the number of pies desired.
