16 oz. can cranberry sauce
1/3 cup French salad dressing
1 onion, sliced
3 lb. boneless pork loin roast

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, stir together the cranberry sauce, salad dressing and onion. Place pork in crock pot and cover with sauce mixture. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours, or on low for 7-8 hours. Pork is done when the internal temperature has reached 160º.

Don't let the French dressing and cranberry sauce scare you - it made a wonderful sauce for the roast.
