6 large eggs, hard-boiled
Duke's mayonnaise
Yellow mustard
Salt or seasoning salt
Pepper
Paprika
Ground mustard
Celery seed
Dill weed (or dill pickle juice)

All ingredients are measured in “shakes”.

Directions:
Peel cooled eggs. Slice, dice or chop eggs into medium container. Add a large spoonful of mayonnaise and a squirt of yellow mustard. Add several shakes of each spice listed. Mix until creamy.

We don’t like the texture of pickles or onions so we use the spices in their place. After Mom boils and cools the eggs, we can make our own egg salad. We are tickled to make our own meal. Egg salad sandwiches are my favorite meal!
