Directions:
Directions:
Place desired number eggs in a single layer of a saucepan. Add water to a depth of 3 inches, bring to a rolling boil.

When the water boils, cover pan with lid and remove from heat. Let stand 12 minutes. Drain water and return to pot. Fill pan with cold water and ice; let stand for a few minutes to cool. Crack shells on all sides and peel.
