Several slices cheddar cheese

Directions:
Lay tortilla shells flat as you work. Spread cream cheese over shells (this will be your first step for each pinwheel). Layer with ham, turkey & Swiss. Layer turkey & Swiss (or Mozzarella). Layer ham & cheddar. Mix it up a little, and add apples to your ham & cheddar pinwheels.

Roll pinwheel (like a jellyroll), cover and set in refrigerator for a couple hours.

Remove cover and slice to 1-inch slices and serve.
