1 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup milk
2 eggs
Hot drippings from roast

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. Combine flour and salt and add milk gradually. Add eggs and whisk about 2 minutes. Chill 1 hour. Cover bottom of greased cake pan with drippings from roast. Place in oven until grease bubbles. Pour batter over drippings and bake 45 to 60 minutes. Reduce temp to 375º after mixture has risen - about 20 min.
