2/3 C oleo, melted
1/2 C brown sugar
1 1/3 C flour
Pack in bottom of 9" 13" pan. Bake 350º for 10 - 12 minutes.
In heavy pan, place
1 C sugar
1 C white syrup and bring to full boil.

Remove from heat and add: 6 ounces of butterscotch chips
12 ounces peanut butter
3 C corn flakes
Mix well and pour over crust. Frost with chocolate frosting. Cut into bars.
