3/4 - 1 lb. Hamburger
1/2 Yellow Onion, chopped
Green Pepper, chopped (optional)
1-2 8 oz. cans Tomato Sauce
Canned Tomatoes, diced (optional)
2-4 c. Cooked Rice
Corn (optional)
Spices to taste: Cumin (required), oregano flakes, basil flakes, garlic powder, pinch of red pepper flakes, chili powder, salt and pepper.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, onion and green pepper. Add tomato sauce and spices. Simmer 5-15 minutes. Add rice. Serve with catsup, if desired.
Can be kept warm in oven on low heat.
