2 eggs
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
2 Tbs. flour
6 med. potatoes, thinly sliced
1 can Cream of Celery soup
1 c. milk
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the eggs, bread crumbs and dry soup mix. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into small meatballs and brown in large skillet (dont crowd); drain. Sprinkle with flour; gently roll to coat.

2. Place half the potatoes in a greased 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Top with meatballs and remaining potatoes. In a bowl mix soup and milk well, pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika.

3. Bake at 350º for 60 to 65 minutes.
