1 lb ground beef
3/4 c chopped onion
1 c condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 c frozen mixed veggies (if desired)
1/4 c milk
2 c Bisquick
3/4 c water
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400ºF. Generously grease 9 x 13" pan. Cook beef and onion until brown. Drain. Stir in soup, veggies and milk.
Stir Bisquick and water in baking dish until moistened. spread evenly. Spread beef mixture over batter: sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 30 mins
