10 eggs
2 c grated Mont. Jack cheese
2 c small curd cottage cheese
2 c. (41/2 oz each) chopped green chilies
1/2 c butter, melted
1/2 c all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter 9 x 13" casserole dish. Beat eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients. pour into buttered dish.

Bake until edges are golden brown and center is set - 35 - 45 minutes. Serve with salsa.
