1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 T. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 1/2 c. oatmeal , powdered in Cuisinart
1/2 t. salt
1 t. baking soda
1 t. baking powder
2 c. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream together the butter, sugar and brown sugar. Add 2 eggs and vanilla. Mix together the dry ingredients and add to the creamed mixture. Mix well and add the chocolate chips and nuts. Make golf-ball size balls, place 2" apart on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
