BLACK BEAN WRAPS

15 oz can black beans drained
8 oz cream cheese softened
¼ fresh cilantro roughly chopped
1 medium red bell pepper chopped
5-7 chopped green onions
1 tsp ground red pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp Tabasco sauce or hot pepper sauce
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp salt
Juice of ½ lime
6 large flour tortillas

Combine the beans, cream cheese, cilantro, red bell pepper, green onions, ground red pepper, chili powder, cumin, Tabasco, garlic powder, and salt in a bow. Stir in lime juice until of desired consistency. The mixture should be thick but easy to spread. Spread 2-3 tablespoons over the entire surface of each tortilla. Roll to enclose filling. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 6 – 12 hours. Cut each roll diagonally into 1 inch slices. Arrange cut side up on serving platter.
