1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. chilled butter, cut into cubes
1/2 cup buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients. Cut in the butter, till size of peas. Add buttermilk. Work gently and roll to about 1 inch thick. Cut into biscuits with rim of glass or cookie cutter. Bake 400º for 10 minutes.
