6 ripe pears, 2 heads of lettuce, blueberries, strawberries, grapes, thick sliced cooked chicken, Danish Bleu crumbles, shelled pistachio nuts, Brianna's blush wine dressing

Directions:
To poach pears- Peel, remove cores and quarter. Add 1 1/4 cup sugar to a quart of water in pan and simmer for five minutes for sugar to dissolve thoroughly. Add pears and simmer for 35-45 minutes until semi soft. Remove from heat and refrigerate in sauce until ready to assemble. Buy a fully cooked roaster and remove breasts. Slice breasts into thick pieces. Put lettuce on plate, add blueberries, strawberries, grapes,, then chicken, gargonzola, and pistachios. Add dressing to taste.
