4 medium zucchinis, sliced
1 large onion, thinly sliced
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 8-oz. can tomato sauce or can of tomato wedges
4-8 slices cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet put in zucchini, onions, seasonings and tomato sauce. Cook until done. Put in Pyrex dish and cover with cheese. Place in microwave or oven until cheese is melted.
