1 cup warm water
1 tsp Active Dry Yeast
3 cups all purpose flour
Coarse salt
1 tsp sugar
1 egg, whisked with 1 tbsp water
Sea salt
1/4 cup rosemary or thyme or both

Directions:
Directions:
Place water in medium bowl and sprinkle with yeast. Let stand until foamy about 5 minutes. Stir in flour, oil, 1 tsp coarse salt, and the sugar. Stir until dough forms. Turn out dough onto lightly floured surface. Knead until smooth about 2 minutes. Transfer to oiled bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let dough stand in warm draft-free place until doubled in size, about 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350º. Divide dough into 16 equal pieces.Cover with plastic wrap. Roll out 1 piece to roughly 4" x 10" on lightly floured surface. transfer to parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with sea salt and herbs. Repeat with remaining dough. Bake, rotating baking sheet halfway through until crisp and golden, about 18 to 22 minutes. Let cool on wire rack.
