Sour dough French bread
3/4 pound sharp white cheddar cheese
2 1/2 cups milk
3 eggs
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:

Slice French bread and cube it. Grate cheese.

Butter a souffle disk and place bread and cheese in dish in alternate layers.

In bowl, beat eggs and mix with milk, dry mustard and salt. Pour liquid over bread -cheese combination. Cover (foil or plastic wrap fine) and place in refrigerator overnight or for 8 hours.

Bake uncovered sitting in pan of warm water at 350º degrees for one hour.
