2 oz napa cabbage, sliced 1/8-inch thick
1 oz red cabbage, sliced 1/8-inch thick
1 oz green cabbage, sliced 1/8-inch thick
1 oz julienne carrots
1 Tbl chopped cilantro leaves
1 oz cooked chicken sliced (thin)
3 fried wonton skins
3 tsp apricot glaze
2 tsp green onions
1 tsp spicy peanut.
1 tsp chopped Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the cabbages, onions, carrots, cilantro, and chicken sliced. Put equal portions of the dressed cabbage on the wonton skins, and garnish with the spicy peanut and top with green onions and chopped parsley, Arrange on a serving platter and serve.
