1 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup – 2 sticks – unsalted butter softened
2 large eggs
2 tbsp. Milk
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 ½ cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 cups oats
18 oz choc. Chips
1 l/2 cups chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Beat brown sugar, granulated sugar and butter until smooth and fluffy.
Add in 2 eggs, milk and vanilla and beat till evenly blended.
Mix flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Slowly beat flour mixture into butter.
By hand stir in oats, Chocolate Chips and nuts.
Chill dough.
Roll into balls and place 3 inches apart on cooking sheet.
Bake about 12 minutes. Makes about 4 dozen
