3 to 3 1/2 pound brisket of beef
1 onion
1can Beef broth
2 cups red wine

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in some oil until brown - Place on meat and cover with can beef broth and 2 cups red wine. Place in refrigerator overnight.

Next day cook at 275 degrees for 4.5 hours. Drain liquid into jar. Chill meat (several hours or overnight). Next day slice and then make liquid into gravy by adding cornstarch (matzoh meal if its Passover). Cover meat with gravy and cook at about 300 degrees for 2 hours and serve.
