Directions:
Finely chop chocolate. Mix flour, cocoa powder and baking powder in a small bowl. In large bowl, mix softened butter, sugars, salt and vanilla. Mix in flour mixture and chocolate. Don't overmix! Make two long "sausages" of 4 cm (1.5 ") in diameter. Put in fridge for at least an hour. When chilled, cut into slices of about 1 cm (1/4") each and bake on a parchment lined tray. I like to sprinkle a bit of sea salt on top which adds a nice salty kick.

Editor's Note: Since Leah lives in Italy, she is more familiar with metric measurements. I did my best to convert the units to standard measurements. If you have a scale, you may want to stick to the metric numbers.
