230 g (1 1/2 c.) dark chocolate
270 g (2 c.) flour
46 g (1/2 c.) cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking powder
225 g (8 oz.) unsalted butter, softened
165 g (1 c.) brown sugar
75 g (1/3 c.) sugar
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Finely chop chocolate. Mix flour, cocoa powder and baking powder in a small bowl. In large bowl, mix softened butter, sugars, salt and vanilla. Mix in flour mixture and chocolate. Don't overmix! Make two long "sausages" of 4 cm (1.5 ") in diameter. Put in fridge for at least an hour. When chilled, cut into slices of about 1 cm (1/4") each and bake on a parchment lined tray. Cook at 325º degrees for about 11-12 min.

I like to sprinkle a bit of sea salt on top which adds a nice salty kick.
