1 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
2 eggs
3 bananas
3 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp baking soda
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
chocolate chips and nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugar, softened margarine, eggs, milk, salt and baking soda. Mix in the mashed banana then stir in the flour. Add optional ingredients. Pour into two bread pans and bake 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.

You can make these as muffins as well! Grease or line a muffin pa with liners. Bake 350º for 15-20 minutes.
