1/2 cup Bulgar (Fine #1)
1/2 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp salt
Lemon
Olive oil
Parsley
5 small tomatoes
2 medium cucumber
1 bunch green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Mix bulgar, paprika, and salt. Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon over bulgar and add a little olive oil mix well and set aside to soften.
Chop parsley, tomatoes, cucumbers and green onions. Mix all veggies into the bulgar add a little more olive oil and mix together. Add salt and lemon juice to taste.
Serves 4
