1/2 C sugar 1/2 C chopped nuts 1 Tbsp butter 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 C packed brown sugar 1/2 C shortening 1 egg 2 C flour 1 tsp soda 1/4 tsp salt 1 1/2 C rhubarb 1 C sour cream
Mix together first four ingredients and set aside. Cream brown sugar, shortening and eggs. Stir flour, soda and salt together. Add sour cream and rhubarb and pour into greased 9" x 13" pan. Sprinkle with set aside ingredients. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
