2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. butter
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs separated
1 1/2 c. blueberries fresh or frozen

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl stir together flour and sugar. Cut in butter. Save 3/4 cup of mixture and add 2 teaspoons cinnamon set aside.
To the rest of the mixture add baking powder, salt, egg yolks, milk and beat 3 minutes on low.
Beat 2 egg whites until stiff peaks. Fold egg whites into batter. Spread in 9 x 13" greased cake pan, sprinkle with blueberries and sprinkle with crumb topping (flour, sugar, butter, cinnamon mixture)
Bake 350º for 40-45 minutes.
