3 cans refrigerated biscuits
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. butter/margarine
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cut biscuits into 4 pieces each. Mix the cinnamon and sugar together in a small bowl. Dip each biscuit piece in cinnamon sugar mixture. Spray bunt pan, and place coated biscuits in pan.
In a saucepan mix together butter, brown sugar, and cream over medium heat until it boils. Pour over monkey bread.
Bake 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. When done turn upside down on serving tray make sure tray has sides to catch the caramel. For easier cleanup line tray with tin foil.
