6 oz dry spaghetti pasta
3/4 cup low-fat Ricotta Cheese
1/2 cup (2 oz) finely grated Romano Cheese
2 cups (16 oz) prepared spaghetti sauce
1 tsp dry basil
2 tsp dry oregano
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 oz part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded

Cook pasta according to pkg directions. Drain pasta. Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine Ricotta, Romano cheese, 1 cup spaghetti sauce, basil, oregano, and pepper. Set aside 1 cup of spaghetti sauce. Mix cooked pasta with cheese mixture until well blended. Place in a greased casserole dish. Top pasta and cheese mixture with shredded mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake 20 minutes. Remove lid and continue baking until cheese bubbles. Remove from oven and let stand 3 minutes. Top each portion with reserved sauce.
