12 cups combo dry white bread crumbs and corn bread
1 cup onion
1 cup celery
1 large bell pepper
1 stick butter
1 teaspoon (or to taste) poultry seasoning
1/4 teaspoon pepper
salt to taste
1 1/2 cups broth (or more)
chicken pieces and liver

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, celery, and bell pepper in butter. In a large bowl mix bread, cornbread, chicken pieces, liver, and spices. Add sauteed vegetables. Mix in broth to desired consistency. (I like it a little dry so it will be good with gravy.) Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. I use a 9x13 glass Pyrex pan.
