Directions:
Lightly brush edges of wonton wrapper with sesame oil. Press wonton, oil side up, into mini-muffin cup to form pastry shell. Repeat with remaining wonton wrappers, pressing into every other cup in muffin tin so that the edges do not touch. Bake at 350 until lightly browned, 6 to 7 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Combine cabbage, snow peas, carrots, broccoli sprouts and green onions in bowl. Pour Sesame Dressing over and toss. Spoon about 1 tbsp of the mixture into each wonton cup. Garnish with 2 or 3 wasabi peas.

Sesame Dressing:
Mix all ingredients until combine. Makes about 1/2 cup.
