1 cup flour
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup skim milk
3 eggs
1 tablespoon unsalted, melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat popover cups in oven 400 degrees for 2 minutes. Place a dollop of butter in each cup, heat 1 minute.
Fill ¾ full
Bake 375 degrees 20 – 30 minutes. You have to watch them!
