4 eggs
3 cups flour
3 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups oil
3 cups zucchini, grated
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cups walnuts, chopped

Icing:
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick margarine
8 oz Cream Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Mix all ingredients and bake for 55-60 minutes in a Bundt pan.

Icing: Mix all icing ingredients and pour over top of cooled cake.
