Crust:
1 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. butter, melted

Filling:
2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
2 c. fresh raspberries
1 T. lemon juice


Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Mix ingredients together and place in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. (Mixture will be crumbly) Sprinkle 2/3 of these crumbs in bottom of 9x13 pan. Reserve remaining crumbs for topping.

Filling: Beat ingredients on high for 10 minutes. Mixture will be fluffy. Whip 1 c. whipping cream and fold into the filling mixture. Pour mixture over crumbs in pan and top with remaining crumbs. Freeze 6-8 hours or overnight and cut into squares.
