1 C Water
1 1/2 C Raisins
1 1/2 C Sugar
1 stick Butter
2 tsp Vanilla
1 T Coconut Extract
3 Eggs
3 1/2 C Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
Additional sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil raisins in water until almost dry. Cream sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and coconut extract. Sift together dry ingredients. Add to butter mixture, mixing well. Add raisins. Refrigerate dough overnight. Form into walnut size balls and roll in sugar. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
