2 C Mashed Potatoes
3 C Skim Milk
1/4 Lb Bacon
1 Sm Chopped Onion
8 Oz American Cheese
1 packet Chicken Gravy Mix (powdered)
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, fry bacon and onion until onions are translucent and bacon is crisp. Add potatoes, milk, seasonings, cheese, and gravy mix. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and serve.

Personal Notes:
This is a great way to use leftover mashed potatoes, even party potatoes. Can garnish with more bacon crumbles and sliced green onion.
