1 can nacho cheese soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can milk
1 c. cooked chicken (you can cook a breast or use leftovers) more if desired
Pepper to taste
1 tsp. Tobasco sauce
1 c. co-jack cheese
Tortilla chips optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in a soup pot enchilada sauce, milk filled in one can, chicken, pepper, tobasco sauce cook over medium heat. Once mixed add cheese until melted.
Serve with crushed tortilla chips.

I have made this with my left over turkey from Thanksgiving instead of chicken.
