4 Tbsp flour
4 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp cocoa
1 egg
3 Tbsp milk
3 Tbsp oil
3 Tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
small splash of vanilla
1 large coffee mug
Directions:
Directions:
Add dry ingredients in mug and mix. Add egg. Mix, then add milk, oil and mix. Add chocolate chips and vanilla and mix.
Cook in microwave for 3 minutes.
Cake will rise over top edge of mug. IT'S OK!
allow to cool - can be taken out of mug to serve on a plate.
