Ingredients:  
2 lb Halibut
1 large onion
1 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
4 thin slices salt pork
1 tbsp margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle flour over fish,
Place halibut in a greased pan , pour milk over fish,
place strips of pork, slices of onion, salt & pepper.
Bake in hot oven basting occasionally
