onion
wine
butter
flour
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Boil salt, peeper, onions, scallops and 1 cup of white wine.
Put in casserole dish,
White sauce:
3 tbsp margarine, blend in 3 tbsp flour, stir in at least 1 cup of liquid fro scallops, 1/2 cup milk, cook until thick, pour over scallops
Top with mozzarella cheese, bread crumbs and parsely .
Bake 350 for 30 minutes
