1 quart water 1 cup sugar 1 2-inch stick of cinnamon 2 T whole cloves 3 T loose tea 3 oranges 2 lemons
Boil first four ingredients up hard, remove from heat and let stand for 15 minutes. Steep the three T of tea in two quarts of boiling water. Add syrup mixture to tea. Add the juice of the oranges and lemons. Thoroughly mix and serve piping hot!
