1/2 cup soya sauce
1/4 cup oil
3 Tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
1 tsp pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp thyme

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together. Pour over any meat to tenderize and flavour.

I mix this in a Ziploc baggie and put the meat into the bag. I let it sit in the fridge for several hours and then either cook the meat or put it into the freezer for another day.
