4 cups apple, diced
2 cups sugar
Mix together and let sit overnight.
Next day add: 2 eggs
1 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 cup walnuts.

Mix well. Bake in a 9 x 13 pan or in muffin tins. Bake at 350º till done.
