1 lb Italian Sausage (cooked and drained)
3/4 c Diced Onion
6 slices Bacon (chopped)
1 1/2 tsp Minced Garlic
2 T Chicken Bouillon
1 qt Water
4 Medium Potatoes (peeled and diced)
2 c Kale or Spinach (chopped)
1/3 c Heavy Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon in large soup pot until crispy. Remove bacon pieces from pot and add onion and garlic and cook until onions become transparent. Add water, bouillon, and potatoes and simmer for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Add bacon, kale/spinach, sausage, and cream to pot and simmer 4 minutes and serve.
