1 t salt
2 T sugar
3 t baking powder
4 eggs
1 c milk
1 can cream style corn 1 lb
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 cup grated cheddar or american cheese
1 c finely chopped onion
4 to 5 jalapeno peppers from can.

Mix dry ingredients. Add the rest. Bake in a greased iron skillet at 375 25 to 30 minutes until set.
