8 oz sour cream
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1-1.5 cups shredded Swiss cheese
8 oz can sauerkraut

Mix all together. This works well in a crock pot because it stays warm so you can put it in a 9X9 glass baking dish and bake at 300º until it is warm all the way through. Serve with triscuits, rye crisps, or mini rye cocktail bread. Double the recipe for a party!
