1 large can sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
medium onion
4 pieces bacon (fatty)
1 potato

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and drain sauerkraut. Slow cook 4 pieces of bacon to get as much fat as you can in a sauce pan. Chop medium onion and soften in the bacon fat. Add 2 cubes chicken bouillon and 1 cup of water. Cook sauerkraut/onions in the bacon fat for half an hour. Add shredded potato. cook for another 1/2 hour.
